Partnership With Parents

Partnership With Parents

We work in partnership with our parents.  We operate an open door policy at all times.  Parents are welcome to visit their child during the day.

Parents receive photos and updates of their child throughout the day on the Child Paths App.

“We love watching his day unfold while we are in the office, and we don’t need to worry about him during the day.”

We actively seek parents’ involvement and input through our Community Visitor Programme, a key part of our Montessori Curriculum and a highlight for the children, where parents and volunteers visit the older children and talk about their job, hobby or career.

Nurture listens to parents.  Nurture is proud to have a pro-active Parent Representative Group in each of our centres, where the Parent Representative meets with a Director and the Manager to discuss parent feedback and developments in the centre.  These meetings are a very important source of parent-focused feedback which drive positive change.

Nurture offers parents peace of mind, knowing your child is being given the best start in life

“The staff in the Baby room are absolutely amazing.  My daughter loves going in every day and she is looked after so well.  They work so hard to accommodate Annemarie’s growing number of changing, eating and sleeping habits.  Nothing is too much trouble. We are delighted with Nurture.”
